  1. Leave dead mobs on the battlefield

As it is now, the dead simply disappear, which is nice and clean and tidy.

But bodies don't ordinarily do that - they stick around. Most untidy (not to mention the smell).

More to the point, one needs to be aware of them, left one trip over them, or get a foot stuck in a ribcage...

I'd like to see dead mobs remain on the field in some fashion, and be treated like rubble or other broken terrain that causes one to stumble or become off-balance.

??? Could add some interesting opportunities and challenges...

  3. Rogue ideas

Bonus to attack from hide in shadows + attack from behind in this combination. Check every 2 turns if foes can hear (see) me moving in shadows.

  4. Make the leader's vote the tie-breaking one,

    - instead of the current first vote. If it's a dumb idea, at least it's the leader's fail ;)
It's disheartening to come to the vote and see a dangerous choice, knowing that one can't do anything to stop it. Especially if one is supposed to be the leader. If one isn't the leader, it's not so bad.

With two players, it also means that the first one to act decides what gets done all the time, making the vote an unnecessary delay.

  5. Show level of each party member by their avatar

That one's kind of self-explanatory. Also additional information of concern could be displayed so that you don't have to click the individual players icon to get info about them.

  6. Implement a mobile notification system

This would allow players to be notified while away (I'm aware that e-mail is already in effect), but in a better fashion. It may be able to give more information in a notification, and maybe even implement some choices through notification. I hope this makes sense.

  7. Level 10 being the starting level to explore outside the Conclave.

My assumption at the moment is that Lev 10 is sort of a "retirement" level, after the character has done all that can be done. If it was like in Guild Wars, Lev 10 would be in fact fully trained characters going out into the unknowns outside of the Conclave maps with a full set of skills and gear under their belts.

Since now you have finely honed builds, if the day arrives of player added adventures, Lev 10 would be the perfect level to tailor those missions to, as you know exactly what parties can and cannot handle, and…

  8. Give Runecasters higher defenses against magical attacks

Runecasters can't defend themselves against magical attacks. A class whose purpose is mastery of magic, and they have no clue how to protect themselves against it? It doesn't make sense.

  9. Allow a major action to take a minor action.

Sometimes, you want to take two minor actions. This isn't an order option, this is a sacrifice a major for an additional minor action.

  10. Rework the enemy targeting algorithms

enemies always seem to focus fire on the nearest player, which is especially troublesome for a couple reasons.

    1. One member of the party dying ends the mission for the rest

    2. Most classes don't have ranged attacks, so it's not unlikely to get a whole party without any ability to shoot back.

Some way to influence enemy targeting such as a mark or aggro mechanic would go a long way into making challenges less prone to spiraling out of control in a single round.

  12. Change the enemy numbering scheme

Please number the enemies linearly regardless of their species; there shouldn't be multiple enemies numbered "1" on the battlefield. This gets especially confusing when there's a whole bunch of enemies of different types.

It also makes it hard to talk about tactics in phone-shorthand, because (for instance, right now) "I'll attack Pirate 2" isn't enough info... there's multiple kinds of pirates, so I have to spell out "I'll attack Lumyn Pirate 2", which is a pain on the phone!

  13. add an option to allow for initiative-based turns.

When playing synchronously, the "another player has acted" pop-up becomes annoying quickly. I've taken to using the chat window to control the timing of PC actions. It would be nice to toggle on/off an option to force players to take their turns in a specific sequence (just like D&D works with initiatives).

  14. Let melee-only classes take two Move for one action.

Two total move in one turn feels okay for the ranged classes, but for the classes that need to close to melee, it's utterly glacial. The end result is that a ranged class is more fun by far, because they get to act a lot more often.

  15. Puzzle elements?

So far I have seen some location squares based mechanics (fire, collapsed ceiling, magic zone giving mobs bonuses) is there map elements that act that way for players, like for example, players needing to stand in certain spots to activate a door, or players being trapped in one spot, or similar things?

A lot of players I've met for example, always stay the hell away from statues, as they think getting in range of one will make them attack :) We had one thief that used to blindfold every statues he came across.

  16. exiting game bug

I finished the first "awaken" quest. Restarted my PC and when opened my Firefox again to continue in the next quest I was back in the middle of the "awaken" quest. (Firefox 18.0.2, Win 7)

  17. Have rite of abjuration remove all positive conditions from a target

That would fit the skill, and make it competitive compared to making one more ranged attack, which as is usually wins out.
How cool would it be to deflate that berserking Firbolg with a snap of your fingers, or to dis-inspire that cultist or nightmarish creature?

  19. add an out-of-character option in the chat window

It would be nice to have an out-of-character option in the chat window - perhaps a toggle button - that would put the text in italics with your user name at the front, rather than your character name.

  20. There needs to be a turn order or initiative system.

As it stands it's often unclear who has the ability to progress the game. Especially if some people aren't present when others are. It would also be neat if the system could email you when it's your turn (or any other sort of social media update)
