Ensure players can't re-spec mid-quest

When I am in a quest, I realized I could back up to the last time I saw the map, and can change my gear. This lets me re-spec gear (and skills if I am a member) every turn. I think this is counter to the flavor of it, and decreases the fun, since now the most efficiant gameplay involves a bunch of backing up and item management (otherwise you lose and realize its because you didn't take advantag eof the exploit)
