More interaction in the storyline
Allow the players to have a bit more interaction rather than just pick one of two options which both lead back to the same result.

I feel as though having the same result is a good thing through out most of the story line, because its still what you do that makes the point, having a few random if you choose this you go this path and if you choose this you go down this path may spice things up, but maybe for every single option in the game there should be a form of something changed later because of what you just did. so the whole story line wont need to change just the selection of what is said maybe.
