Change the major Move action to move two squares instead of one.
Changing the major Move action to move two squares instead of one would help create more fluid battles while also allowing melee-focused players to move more quickly to where the action is so they can do more interesting things.
I also think it fits better into the spectrum of movement related abilities:
Move: move two squares
Running Shot (True Bow): move one square then attack
Parting Blow (Rogue): attack then move one square
Move: move one square
Dash (Rogue): move two squares then become unbalanced
With this arrangement, the true bow or rogue may sometimes want to pass up the attack granted by their class-specific ability in order to be able to move that extra square, much like the rogue may sometimes pass up Dash's extra square to avoid becoming unbalanced. As it stands, I can think of no reason why the true bow or rogue would ever choose Move over their class-specific major ability if there is an enemy in range.
To distinguish the two powers, you might rename the minor Move to something like Step.
This makes sense to me!

I'd forgotten the Vanguard's Charge ability in the Major list, but the same logic still applies.
