Water tile physics

The water tiles currently dont seem to have any physiccs to them, the game could be improved by either limiting actions in water tiles or preventing movement in them altogether. While i believe the former is better, what is better to add to the game

    Oh I like these ideas about restrained (which seems currently somewhat misleading, since you can still run two squares) and ignite going out in water.

    Ive noticed that when i ignite a monster and they walk into water they dont extinguish, this would be a great thing to add for realism, you already have the slowed action speed, and i think this is a great addition

    Lots of votes for this new idea! Feel free to say more about what kind of action limiting you would like to see. We have talked for a while about wanting the "restrained" condition to limit the actions you can take; doing the same with certain kinds of terrain makes sense as well.
