I´m stuck with the ashenweald quest, decided to follow the map and now can't beat the beast. I can't choose another quest because there isn't. So the only option is to retry the same quest, which I can't beat.1 vote
I couldn't attack the unliving Lumyn in lvl 4 Lumyn Beacon Questing in The Wreck of the Seamaid. No way to attack them.1 vote
Having no weapon equipped would explain it. One of the tasks on our to-do list is to make sure the Vault of Arms doesn’t let your character leave unarmed.
Sometimes, targets begin in "invalid" squares (i.e. squares that you can't move into). Most attack powers allow you to attack them anyway. However, sweeping blow won't let you target these squares. (At least, I'm assuming that's what's going on -- I just tried when I was on the edge of some water and I couldn't target any of the targets that were on the water -- I could only target the trio of land squares.)6 votes
please add a class that uses greatswords/swords! or allow us to fully customize the initial classes :)
I love swords and was saddened no options are available :(
Preferably 2 handed great swords5 votes
The Heavy Blade skill is likely to be featured in one of the next archetypes we introduce, though that will likely need to wait for an expansion or second campaign.
As long as you haven’t scrolled up to view an earlier action, the activity log should scroll to the bottom automatically. If that’s not happening for you, could you add a comment with the browser version, OS, and device you’re using so that we can track down the bug? Thanks!
Only party leaders should be able to START a quest. Party members could then choose if they want to follow or not.
Some decisions could be entirely up to the party leader, and even some information about the quest. The leader role would then be more interesting to play, and in relation to the other members he/she would have more responsibilities e.g. for not putting them in dangerous situations or providing them with equipment.9 votes
We’re considering giving the party leader responsibility for selecting quests in the final release of the game. We might give them a few other privileges as well, such as breaking ties in voting. We don’t plan to give them responsibility for handing out equipment, however; we want each player to have full control over his or her character.
- instead of the current first vote. If it's a dumb idea, at least it's the leader's fail ;)
It's disheartening to come to the vote and see a dangerous choice, knowing that one can't do anything to stop it. Especially if one is supposed to be the leader. If one isn't the leader, it's not so bad.
With two players, it also means that the first one to act decides what gets done all the time, making the vote an unnecessary delay.16 votes
Something to the effect of
"Ho laggard, don't stand there like a dope while the troll witch burns her rope!"
That way players can keep the game rolling at a pace that suits the group.20 votes
We’re taking a look at how we handle notifications during asynchronous play to make them as timely as possible without becoming annoying,
It would be nice if you could add more character portraits, or maybe a color slider for the current ones.
I starting playing this game with a few of my friends and we all picked Mezoars. This wasn't intentional, we all thought the Mezoars looked the most interesting and it was a coincident. Two of us are sharing the same portrait and on the battle screen it's a little hard to tell the two apart at first glance. Would it be possible to add a color shader for the unit portraits, or maybe let people customize them?63 votes
Now during quests there are certain choices that can only be choosen if the party has certain requirements.
I suggest making the result of those choices based on a dice roll with bonuses from what would be the requirement.5 votes
This is an option we’re considering as part of our goal to make story decisions matter more.
Sometimes you just want a quick dungeon romp. Let them enter the number of minutes they want to wait between actions, ranging from 1 to 1440.70 votes
It’s very likely we will make a change along these lines. There are some complications to work out, most importantly how to make sure parties don’t get auto-advanced through many rounds while players are asleep (without forcing them to constantly remember to change their time limit before bedtime). We have some ideas here, but also encourage you to post your own solutions.
Build in some keyboard shortcuts to the interface for faster paced playing.9 votes
Skills and description words such as in the character creation screen should be mouse-over instead of click-to read. See mouse-over examples on websites such as wowhead.com.4 votes
