  1. More storylines please, more quests

    The storyline that currently exists is awesome and provides some ample game time, but more should be done in the way of quests and different story lines. Maybe extend the map a bit to the north or west? Just thoughts.

  2. Add more classes and races

    If you add more races and more classes, then there will be more character combos and players will be able to make characters that are more balanced than is possible currently.

  3. Check area effects on majors before using minors.

    Nothing is more aggravating than using your minor to move into the wrong position because you didn't expect the shape of your Major aoe to miss (or hit) certain cells. I'd like to be able to select an ability from my character sheet and test the aoe shape for any cell / direction before I burn movement.

  4. enlarge effective game window on desktop

    on my linux system with 1920x1080 display the game window is small. Maximizing the window does not improve things, the screen estate is just occupied with background color.

  5. Healthbars over or under the portraits

    Healthbars over or under the portraits for easy tracking there healths, im daltonic and playing a runecaster, sometimes I have a little issue to see the marking on the area of the spells, maybe by puting the mouse over the spell it would show the area, or something, but filling the squares with flash red lighting or something.

  6. More visible hazards

    This is like, the fifth time I've stepped on a tile with flame. Dark gray over a slightly lighter gray is really difficult to see unless you're specifically keeping an eye out for it. How about giving it some color or a yellow outline or something?

    We’ve made all the terrain icons a little more opaque to make them stand out more. We’re also looking at giving certain of the dimmer ones brighter colors.

  8. Add exploratory encounters with larger maps and not just enemies

    I'd really like to see exploratory encounters, where there are no foes on the map at first, but other things to interact with, while still being map/turn-based rather than text/choice-based. Enemies could then arrive, materialise or otherwise be come across.

    This would work even better if the maps were scrollable, so that you could move over more terrain than is usually visible on one map, possibly revealing enemies or other interactable squares as you go. This would feel much more like a traditional tabletop rpg.

    I would see something where you can reorganize the order of the Minor and Major Actions.

  14. Make runecaster less squishy at low levels

    Ash and Ember optional is way too tough for a quest that players testing out the game will encounter. Restharrow is likewise out of its league, and unavoidable. Re-running other quests does not allow advancement, so if you can't progress with the quest, that is the end. The ettercap's hit too hard for runecasters at level 4. Perhaps when you buy the game you get access to better gear at this level, but for someone trying it out, this is the end of the game.

  15. Text/window enlargement

    Windows game display is small on my large screen; Needs to be more full and the text is also hard to read sometimes from this far. I find this pretty annoying. Please have options to enlarge both these things.

  16. Make the grid more defined

    It's difficult to see the grid and the mundane effects on it. Same goes for out of bounds squares.

  17. Let us rerun quests for XP

    Sometimes, there's only one quest available for the difficulty you're at, and you just can't seem to get past a particular fight. No one wants to repeat a fight 6 or 7 times. Let us go back and do something for that little bit of XP to get us to the next level, so we can come back to this one.

  18. Once you've unlocked a lot of things, the vault of arms becomes difficult to manage

    An alternate view where you can sort by item slot would be useful, or filters to remove the low cost items.

    A way to point to certain blocks to suggest actions or direction to allies. No action effect but a visual aid to others.

  20. Ash & Ember quest too difficult?

    I´m stuck with the ashenweald quest, decided to follow the map and now can't beat the beast. I can't choose another quest because there isn't. So the only option is to retry the same quest, which I can't beat.
